Summary: This camera works GREAT! It was in perfect condition. The only reason I rated it four stars rather than five was because I purchased it for a gift. I paid $10 extra to get it in a box so it wouldn't be so obvious it was used, and the box was so broken and had tape pulled off in multiple areas, that it made it look WORSE. So--I wasted my $10. But the camera was in perfect condition, and my great grandson loves it.
Excerpt: I brought this camera on black friday from walmart and was really excited .My family has began to start traveling more since our daughter is older and we definatly needed a camera to create memories so of course we got a Kodak now I am not a label shopper but with some things you have to get a name you trust.
Excerpt: This camera was purchased for my 50 something year old mother that can hardly get to a website. It's very easy to use as if it needed to be!!! They took simple and made it even simpler! With the one touch easy share button on the back my four year old nephew could handle it. Not sure if it justifies the price charged or not but compared to the 5 something other digital cameras I have owned in my life time it's at the top of the list next to my sony.
Excerpt: I use this camera at work. So obviously we have it because it's super easy to use. Just take a picture, look at it and then connect it to the computer with a USB cable and watch it download. Because it's so easy to use, I gave it more stars than not. I didn't give it a full 5 star because the picture quality isn't the best in the world, but also not terrible. The image was in high standard definition, so it's not weak by any means.
Excerpt: I love this camera. The kodak easy share C183 digital camera is light weight, has a large lcd screen. it takes great pictures with little experience needed, great for anyone that is new to use of digital cameras. it has a great variety of options from auto to portait, fireworks, night time, landscape, sports, etc.
Excerpt: This is a 14 mega pixel , 3x optical Aspheric Lens with Easy Share technology that makes it easy to upload photos directly to Facebook, YouTube or Flickr, which is a fun features but not necessary. We paid $79 which I think is reasonable. However, it did not include the SD card, which had to be bought seperately. It is lightweight and is small enough that it fits into a pocket. As far as picture quality, it is nice for a point and shot.
Summary: Very basic, easy to use camera. Share feature and operating manual both suck, but I have no need for the share feature, and the camera is so easy to use, one doesn't need much in the way of instruction. Short battery life has been mentioned previously, but I have not found that yet. This camera uses two (2) AA alkaline cells as opposed to some that use four, so I don't consider that a negative.
Pros: Has taken some good sunset and outdoor shots that I have been able to blow up rather nicely to 8x10. It's compact, easy to use, I can take it anywhere, and do. Runs on 2 AA batteries and seems to have good battery life.
Cons: Lack of zoom is my biggest complaint. Struggles in low light, I avoid using the flash whenever possible. Macro shots can take a couple of tries and may not be as close as you like.
Summary: This is a nice little camera. My only complaint is that it doesn't compensate for movement well otherwise I've gotten alot of use out of it and have really enjoyed it. I,m afraid i have not used the share feature yet. I think I really got my moneys worth with this camera.
