The Kodak EASYSHARE C182 is an entry level compact digital camera designed with a 12.4 effective megapixel, 3x optical and 5x digital zooming capability, along with a high-resolution 3.0-inch colour LCD screen, plus Smart Capture feature, a Face Detection, standard definition movie mode, a macro mode, equipped with auto-program and option for the aperture and shutter speed. It is also compatible with SD/SDHC memory cards for transferring of images from the device onto other gadgets, available with 16MB internal memory and support USB 2.0 connectivity.

The Kodak EASYSHARE C182 features 12.4 effective megapixel resolutions combined with 1/2.3-inch CCD sensor, 3x optical and 5x digital zoom lens (35mm equivalent with range of 32 to 96 mm) that enables users to have a clear view of the object that you wanted to capture; aspect ratio of 16:9 formats and 4,000-by-3,000-pixels maximum image resolution. It is also equipped with a dazzling 3.0-inch high-resolution colour LCD and 230,000-pixels of resolution making it easier for user to view. The EASYSHARE C182 comes with Kodak’s innovative Smart Capture feature that provides an intelligent scene detection mode, intelligent capture control settings for exposure, focus, ISO images even in low lighting and compensate any camera shake error; shutter speed of 8 to 1/4000 seconds, aperture level of between f/2.9 to 5.2 and a self timer with 10 seconds or 2 seconds delay. The digital camera also supports JPEG (Exif version 2.21) file format for still photo, and QuickTime motion JPEG for video capturing together with audio, 640-by-480, 320-by-240 pixels with 30 frames per second. Other features include white balance settings with option like auto, daylight, tungsten, fluorescent, open shade; and it also comes with multiple shooting modes such as sports, portrait, night portrait, landscape, night landscape, panorama R-L, panorama L-R, snow, beach, text, backlight, museum/manner, fireworks, high ISO, children, flower, self-portrait, sunset, or candlelight. It also comes with KODAK EasyShare Software that enables user to access more pictures at the Kodak Gallery, edit and saving all pictures to the specific folder (My Collection) and also compatible with PictBridge for direct printing. The digital camera is powered by 2 AA lithium batteries or 2 AA Ni-MH batteries or 2 AA alkaline batteries. It comes with a dimension that measures at 3.8-inch in width, 2.4-inch in height, 1.1-inch in depth and weighs in at 125 grams without batteries.
