Excerpt: Now the Kodak Easy share is one of the better cameras on the market right about now. I say this because I talked about one of the worst cameras I had purchased not too long ago. I went shopping for a new camera because I knew the last one that I had wasn’t going to be worth absolutely nothing. We had a wedding to go to so I wanted to make sure that I had the best pictures.
Excerpt: hated it. after taking pictures on 2 different chips that cost money they ate all the pictures. went to store to print & couldn't pull up pictures there either. if you know about buy chips they are not cheap & cant use them again cause now they are corrupt.
Excerpt: was cool but it would be bettter if it could record sound. worldly conditions that had been induced the device had withstood the punishment well 2 years worth to be exact.but then gave up the goust to easly. i was not satisfied with my investment. i wish to have a refund if at all possible.
Excerpt: This camera is a great buy and works really well. Picture quality has been great so far and it is realy easy to use. So far I have no complaints about it after six months of use. The main drawback I have found is the software. The Kodak Easyshare loads itself onto your start menu and draws quite a bit of memory on your computer with very little reason. I have found it easiest to download to Kodak but then immediately save it so i can edit with Corel Snapfire instead.
Kodak - EasyShare C142 Digital Camera is An Awesome Camera!

Excerpt: Great camera for the average household family. Point and shoot gives clear, colorful shots. Menus are easy to follow and use. For the price, I doubt this camera could be beat. I have had an issue with difficulty turning the camera off and on at times, which can be frustrating, but overcome with patience. Reviewer received a sample of this product.
Excerpt: The best thing about these cameras is their price. But, like with most things, you're getting what you paid for. They're slow. The screen is small. But, they have the same options as the other cameras and the picture isn't terrible. I would suggest this for a teenager or smaller child, someone who isn't going to take it too seriously and if it gets broken, it won't be like you paid a fortune. Also, this works well with the kodak easy share printer.
Excerpt: I bought this camera to take pictures of our infants first christmas. Half way through opening presents the batteries died. Over the course of the day I changed the batteries 3 times. The batteries were rechargeable but the camera appeared to be draining the batteries very quickly. I called for support and they advised me to get different batteries. Different batteries bought - same problem.

Excerpt: This is a perfect little camera for beginners. I love the Zoom. It takes fantastic pictures and the price was so cheap I couldn't believe how good the picture quality was. I got it on Overstock.com for $99. The software is easy to use and I created my very first slide shows with ease. It really is a remarkable little camera for a beginner. It uploads extremely fast to your PC. It's small size makes it easy to carry.
