Summary: I like this camera and get very good pics if I hold it steady and only use 8mp setting. It also has picbridge ability to print which I use for all my prints. I change my settings to center focus also. only complaint is no Program mode to keep my settings from changing.
Summary: One item that the other reviews neglected to mention is the battery life. The camera takes 2 AA batteries and even when using brand new batteries the battery life is extremely short. I have used new batteries on several occassions and each time the batteries are dead within a day or so.
Summary: Bought this for my 7 year old , its a cheap camera and thats what you get .... does take OK pictures , what do you expect for under $50 but the bummer is the batteries are AA and maybe last 100 shots (less using flash). Fair warning to anyone looking at this camera.
Summary: This is the third Kodak C122 I've bought in 2 years. It's a great work camera ( Photos for real estate ) or at birthday parties etc. I've dropped it and it still works well. You need to hold your hand steady when taking pics.
Summary: ... I do wish, THOUGH, the picture quality was a little better. I bought it as a gift for a relative, however, was really embarrassed by the grainy, dull pictures, that looked bad even in the tiny viewing screen.
Summary: A certain degree of lowered expectations is required when dealing with a camera like this; it's essentially a toy camera with "grownup" build quality. I bought this for my 9-year-old nephew, and he certainly wasn't disappointed; it wasn't up to my standards, but for a first camera, it's great.
Summary: I would never reccommend this camera to anyone except to use with kids as starter cameras. I bought them to use in our art room at school and I can tell straight away that they are made so cheaply it won't take long to start falling apart.
