Summary: I have been using this camera for a while now and it does take good pictures but has a couple drawbacks. 1. Pictures can be slow to save so you can't take fast pictures in hi res mode. 2. Does not have good picture stabilization.
A no frills camera when we bought it. Still going after 4 years.

Summary: When I was a kid, I loved taking pictures. It was waiting to the pictures processed that left me wanting more. So, when my son expressed an interest in photography, I ordered this simple inexpensive camera - a first use camera.
Summary: We gave these cameras to our kids for an Easter/Spring break gift. The pictures they took were great and they are very simple to use and download. I had read that there was a battery issue that could be fixed with downloading some updated firmware but we have not encountered any battery issues as of...

Summary: This camera was great for the money. My friend and I took pictures of each other all afternoon. There are a lot of features whose purposes elude me, but it has all the functions I need, including smile detection and red-eye removal.
Summary: As someone mentioned, the batteries tend to run out of juice quickly while using the camera. I called the company because I only had 23 pictures and a very short video and I was on my second set of AA Duracells. Apparently, there was a problem with the "firmware upgrade".
Summary: Great quality pics, decent video capabilities. Downside is that the batteries run down quickly when useing standard AAs. Upside is that no proprietary battery means you can slap just about any batteries in there that you have handy!
