Summary: I've had it about a month and it is very easy to use...but you can also do manual settings if you like. Very nice camera and got a great price for it as they are now discontinued. Took some head shots of a giraffe that came out super. I like the zoom and macro features.
Best price and performance and take care of the camera :)

Summary: Best price and performance for a 16MP camera. I have always hated the plastic latch for batteries and SD card. I have owned 3 of these FinePix cameras over the years. I broke the plastic latch on the first one and I dropped the second one denting the exterior of lens motion apparatus.
Summary: The camera is light, easy to use and takes great photos with the resolution that I was expecting. My only real gripe is that the camera allows itself to be turned on when the lens cap is still on, but it must then be shut down, the cap removed and then turned on again.
Summary: I had an earlier version of this same camera and loved it. Unfortunately, it got knocked off a table and the zoom broke. I bought this one thinking it would work the same and for the most part it does. The shutter speed is fast enough and the light is good.
Summary: So far I do like the camera fine. I just have not had it long enough to really know my full response. Thanks for your interest. Contact me later and I will tell you then what my feelings are about the camera.
Summary: I just took it out of the box. Unless I made an error, there was NO LENS cap. Also, it did not come with batteries and in fact seems to use 4 AA cells. It has great specifications for $120, but I will not be able to test it till I get some batteries.
