Summary: I've owned 3 Fujifilm digital cameras, and all of them have been good to great cameras: A210, S5200, HS10 This Z70 model is a nice looking, super compact camera with a non-extending lens. The body feels pretty sturdy. It seems to contain more metal than plastic, which is a good thing in my opinion.
Summary: I received this as a 25-years of service award from my company and am unhappy with it. It doesn't seem to be able to focus well and although the slide-down power on feature is interesting, I found it too easy to leave it down, thus draining the battery (yes, user error.)
Summary: This is a review, from a long running fujifilm user. I, like others really wanted this camera to perform amazingly. I got it within the first week it was out. I went from a Fujifilm s700 to this finepix Z70. As soon as I started using it, I did not like it.
Summary: The camera itself is beautiful. So different from the rest of a typcal point and shoot. The buttons on the back even light up pretty. cosmetically the camera ia sexy!! I love the sliding down front!
Summary: I received this camera as a gift from my family and returned it two weeks later. I was wanting a small digital camera that I could throw in my purse and use for those spur of the moment situations. Well, this camera started up so slow that I was missing it all anyway.
Summary: I received this camera this afternoon, fully charged the battery, recorded some HD video, and two things: 1) Within several videos, all on the "HD Setting", some of the videos were terrible quality, and most were good. This is probably on some wrong setting. Weird. 2) MAJOR ISSUE!
Summary: I used to have a canon ixus 75 which is quite an old camera but I dropped it from quite a height and it obviously broke so I started to look for another one but I kinda rushed it and ended up with this one. What a bad mistake.
Summary: I recently bought this camera to replace my Sony Cybershot which stopped working when dropped on a night out! The Finepix has a similar front with the slide up lens protector and zoom which doesn't extend out but cheaper than Cybershots on sale.I thought the casing was well designed but the folding...
