Conclusion: the slide cover acts as the on/off and might accidentally turn the thing on depending on how you insert it in your pocket.
Pros: sturdy-metallic/simplistic construct, 5X optical, optical stabilization, xD/sD support, ultra-slim, great images in bright settings
Cons: metallic polish is an easy target for smudges, battery life, tight-knit navigation with only 1 mode dial, very limited manual controls, purple fringing, poor lowlight
Summary: I really love the style of this camera, appearance and functionality of the menus and buttons, however, it wasn't as good at focusing on close objects as my previous Z1
Summary: The lens being in the upper corner makes it real easy to get a finger in the picture. It takes some practice and it's something you have to be constantly aware of.
