Summary: I decided to return this camera after the first picture I took. This camera turns living people into corpses. My attractive wife shrieked when she saw her image. She whacked me on the head and demanded to never be photographed again with this camera. I told her that the camera was actually designed to take pictures of guppies and squid. After hearing this, she gave me another whack. Granted, in the sunlight, the pics are better; but indoor flash pics are atrocious.
Summary: I bought this camera for a trip I was going on and I was so exited to have an under water camera to use on my trip to Cancun. The weather in Cancun was a bit rainy so I didn't get to use the camera as much as I had hoped and only used it in the pool once. After using it, I followed the directions for rinsing it off ad allowing it to try but to my surprise, the next time I went to use the camera (which wasn't until several months later), it didn't work.
Summary: On the first day using the camera on water (less than 10 inches, unbelievable) all buttons stopped working. I read carefully the manual before using the camera, so it wasn't something I did wrong. I had to contact fujifilm in Brazil to use the warranty. I received an email saying they are going to reimburse me since they don't have the model in Brazil yet.
Summary: I was so excited to get this camera- I tried the Nikon I tried a lower priced Olympus And then this- and I was say each one failed me- First off, I am easy on my electronics, casual picture taker at the pool, a little bit at the beach- The olympus and Nikon leaked on me within the first week. The Fujifilm xp200 took amazing pictures, the quality was exactly what I was hoping for.
