Excerpt: My first experience with a digital camera with face detection that really works, the Finepix S6500fd. I’m not so glad with the xD memory card because it’s more expensive and slower than the SD card. The Fujifilm S6500fd image quality with low light is excellent, and the video quality is also good.
Summary: I bought one of these second hand (from you know where) and it is a fantastic little camera. On looks, it is sufficiently close to a DLSR that you don't look like a twit with a shiny metal matchbox.
Summary: This is just such a god camera!!! I wanted it because, until now, i've ust had a camera on my phone and shot with that...which is ok, but the pics are never that good...i'd sooner take a disposable with me!! So, i did some research, read hundreds of reviews, and decided this was worth a bet..
Summary: This was supposed to be a Christmas present from the wife but I couldnt wait any longer and got one myself.... Only had it a few days and only taken pictures of the wife amd kids but I have to say I am extremely impressed!!!
Summary: Well, I'm not a beginner and my main camera is a Contax G2, and I was looking for a decent digital camera without breaking the bank. So after some research i got this for a bargain price at Amazon.
Summary: Simply put, an astonishing camera for the price. Crystal clear images, crisp colours, and an astonishing array of intuitive features. A couple of niggles that have been mentioned below but need to be considered before you buy, however: No image stabilisation.
