Summary: For the period in which these simple cameras where developed, its a great buy, especially if they are used as a backup for any photo jobs. I have three and I keep them in my autos in case and need a quick shot. There is a limitation to close up work so be aware.
Summary: I was needing a better camera for taking photos of my kids and vacations and activities. I really like this camera, it takes very clear photos, very nice quality and is very easy to use. I did have to go on line and find an instruction book, but once I did it was easy to figure out.
A+++ Great for those like me who want great pictures and are on a budget.

Summary: Great camera and really easy to use. I was surprised how easy it was to take great pictures. The body is a very good size and easy to travel with. I hope others read this and see how happy I am with this low cost camera.
Summary: Granted, it's a small one; but the only complaint I have with this camera is that I cannot obtain quality photos when I try to take tight closeup pictures. The details of the subject, for example, a butterfly on a flower, are terrible.
Great camera for the money! Love the features and quality!

Summary: Bought this camera because of the features and low cost. Wish this camera could take larger memory card since the xD picture cards only go up to 2Gb. Great entry into DLSR camera for anyone that does not want to spend alot for their first camera.
Summary: I had previously owned one of these between 2004 and 2007. I sold it to move up to the s7000, then to the s9100, then to the minolta 5, 7, and 7i. None of which were as easy to use with appreciable results.
