Summary: ok The camera works fine, had to buy it because my lenses are old and outdated and will have to get a card reader but knew what I was buying and am glad to have it because now my old antiquated lenses work fine.
Summary: I cannot give a review on this camera because I never got to use it. I bought this camera hoping to fix it for personal use. It had a "Err" on the top display. This error can be caused by something as simple as a faulty memory card door switch but it seems that a more common cause is a defective DC-DC board located in the cameras' base.

As I had decided to go to America on holiday I got advice from a friend on what to look for in a digital camera. He advised me to go for a camera that had a screen on the back to view my images, a camera with at least 3 million pixels and finally a camera with built in zoom. The Fuji FIne Pix inclded all of the above. Not having any experience ...

Summary: Taking pictures with this digital camera is very easy, and the results are excellent. You can point and shoot it while using one of several program modes, choose aperture- or shutter-priority mode, or use fully manual settings. The S1 Pro is Fujifilm's first professional digital SLR. Built on a modified Nikon N60 body, it has a Nikon F lens mount that makes it compatible with AF and AI-P series Nikon lenses, as well as various after-market lenses.
Pros: Great life from its 4 AA batteries , Easy to learn and operate
Cons: Uses three different sets of batteries, Battery compartment latch feels flimsy
Excerpt: "At last, a professional level affordable digital SLR camera. At £2400 its affordable if you are 1. Rich, 2. A professional. I fall into the later category and use the S1 for interior photography for an Estate Agents magazine. The quality is outstanding although its not a true 6.1 million pixel camera. Fuji use some clever software to interpolate the 3 million pixel CCD and hypothetically get the 6.1m. That said, the quality is superb, sharp and with ...

It also comes with no memory card and you will probably need something large like an IBM Micro Drive It is a 6 Mega Pixel output which means huge prints and has every manual control of any good SLR. Unlike the Nikon D1 it comes with all the cables and some seriously ...
