Summary: I got this camera to replace a Nikon L100 that went bad. Compared to the Nikon its obvious the quality on the L100 is superior. The zoom is almost identical L100=15x vs the s1800=18x which is strange to say the least.
Summary: I've been looking for a camera for months now, so when given the opportunity to review this Fujifilm FinePix S1800, I jumped at the chance. As with any product, there are good and bad aspects to the camera. The real and final question will always come down to whether the good outweighs the bad.
Summary: If you are one of those digital camera users who want some of the high end features of an SLR without the big price tag this might be right for you. It is so new hardly anyone knows it is slowly coming out on the market. Got mine at a special launch on HSN.

Summary: So far I really like this camera. I have not finished reading the manual but the basic functions were pretty easy to understand. Sometimes it does not snap as fast as I want it to...I may need to read up on that.
Summary: I bought this camera after reading all the reviews. Other folks had said it has a learning curve, and it does. I have taken about 200 pictures and about 20 videos with it before I could get good, fast pictures. Great cam for the price.
Summary: I bought this on a deal here for 120 clams which made it a fair deal. The features are good and response times are ok but not fast. It has a nice big screen that works great to share pics with others. When used in low light the screen gets weird blue spots in it like the fuzz when a tv goes off the...
Summary: We are consulting and forensic engineers and have owned several cameras manufactured by Fuji in the past. We prefer not to spend a lot of money for a camera because our engineers are rough on them and they get beaten up.
