Summary: I purchased this camera at Costco for a Vegas trip. I had taken maybe a total of 6 photos when I dropped the camera on the carpet. With most any other electronic device I have ever owned this would have caused northing or a ding. On this camera however the entire lens came off!
Summary: I very rarely (if ever) leave a negative slanted review. I felt compelled to do so after purchashing this camera in order to warn other buyers. This isnt an awful camera but it has its issues. The camera takes great pictures, is small and was relatively inexpensive in a bundle deal.
Summary: HAve used Fuji in past, always brilliant. Had Canon but much more complicated to use in general. So easy to use with less need to use menu options as surface dial allows simple changes. Excellent picture quality. Incredibly thin and light. Easy recharge, Just place camera onto the plug.
Small, light, good stills - not so good for moving objects

Summary: Brought this camera as an alternative to carrying around our bigger DSLR. Generally very good. Camera is small with lots of useful features. Pictures are of a good quality. Not so good at handling objects prone to move just as you are going to take the picture i.e. children!
Summary: We had a similar model for ages and it worked well but this model gives you just that little bit more. HD, panoramic views, all easy to set up and use. Nice size, great design. Would recommend as a general all rounder for family use.
Summary: I switched to using the JX200 after years of using various canon point and shoots. The photos from the JX200 were better than I had expected but I did experience alot frustration actually using the camera to begin with. Firstly, one of the mode icons on the camera rubbed off after only 10 days.
