Excerpt: I was exited when I first bought the Fujifilm FinePix camera. I got it for a good price and it seemed to be easy to operate. Even though I have had the camera for a year, I haven't used it all that much. I have kept it in a camera bag to avoid damage since the first day I bought it. I bought a fast SD card for it so that I wouldn't have to wait forever between shots. One day a couple weeks ago, I took the camera out of the bag and went to take a picture at an...
Summary: buy this camera for the price and it turns out that when taking pictures do not come out focused, try to take them over and over again but all are blurry and I want to enlarge the photos look pixelated. I do not recommend this camera does not take good photos.
Summary: Worked OK for about half a year, producing pictures expected of this cheaply priced and cheap looking camera. It was fine with my daughter for whom I purchased it. Then it just stopped working giving a very blurred pictures. Sent camera to the vendor, - Fuji claimed that the camera was mishandled and refused to replace it, but kindly suggested to repair it for the cost higher then the camera. Conclusion - 1 star.
Summary: I really dislike this camera, in fact it is the worst camera I have ever owned. These are the biggest reasons: 1. When you take a flash picture there is such a long delay its almost like the ones that run off AA batteries. 2. To set the mode (video, panorama, auto, etc.) you have to revolve this little dial around to the correct setting. However the dial doesn't work and even when its on video most of the time it just takes a picture.
Summary: I purchased this camera in January, 2011, and by March, 2011 it was broken. The LCD screen cracked, and when I sent it back in for the 1 year warranty, I was told that there was "impact damage" not covered by the warranty. However, the camera was inside of a padded case, and sustained no impact damage. I simply turned the camera on, and it was broken. I am very dissatisfied with this product, as well as Fuji's customer service.
Summary: Delivered in record time (as always) by Amazon... Took the camera out of packaging and immediately set up the Lithium battery in the charger. Plugged the unit into AC outlet and went and enjoyed Christmas Eve... Next morning I pulled the battery, placed inside the camera unit and it did not work... Turns out the charger itself is the culprit.... Set up a return and report back some "real" findings once I receive a working unit..
Summary: Puchased this camera June 19, 2010 a day before I was leaving for a business trip to Germany so I could have a compact light weight camera. This is our secondary camera and has been used 3 times. The last time I tried to use it 3 months after purchase, the camera lens would not close. Now the camera is worthless. Spent almost $150 after taxes for a camera that was used 3 times. I would not recommend this camera. Had an Oplympus camera for years without issue.
