Excerpt: For my mother-in-law’s birthday we decided to get her a digital camera, since she has never had one but always talked about taking pictures and uses our camera whenever she can. We didn’t need anything too high-tech or too complicated, and came across the Fujifilm FinePix J20FD for about $100 at Target. The FujiFilm FinePix J20FD comes equiped with 10MP, which is more then enough for what my mother-in-law needed.
Summary: This is a great small camera, get a case. Dropped one two days after buying and the screen never worked again. :( got a replacement and put an attached cover on it and never had that problem again (dropped a couple of times with case and ok).
Summary: The camera I received came with a charger, which does not work...........so the camera is a total waste. No way to charge it, haven't even had it turned on so I don't know if the camera even works. I can't find a charger for it either. Very frustrating purchase.
Summary: OK, so I was just browsing around and looking at products that I already own. Maybe that's strange. I have had this camera since fall of 2008, I think. Maybe it was spring 2009. Either way, I have had the camera for around 4 years. I don't remember what I paid for it. I think it was around $100 new from a department store.
Summary: i owned a fuji camera prior to this one and it was awesome. never again will i buy a camera from amazon. this was problem after problem after problem... bought it used it think or just amazon crap?? couldn't cancel my order, didnt recieve it for almost a month AND then it didnt even work. it has serious problems reading memory cards so i spent $60 to take 12 pictures... yay.
Excerpt: We bought our Fuji FinePix J20 digital camera after my son was born. My mother-in-law had an older version and we just loved the quality of the pictures, the ease of use and the picture stabilization mode feature is the best! The camera is small and not bulky, has a large LCD screen and takes fabulous photos. With a newborn you want to get every shot and it takes quick pictures, quicker than most cameras.
Excerpt: I purchased this camera as a gift for my mom through amazon for $59.95 and it came with a 2GB SD Card, so it was a great deal. When my mom finally received the camera we took a lot of pictures to test it out. The quality of the pictures was great, but when we started taking video clips the sound quality was horrible, but the visual component was fine. When we played back our videos we heard a crackling noise.
