Excerpt: What do you get the girl who has everything? A tall dark handsome guy maybe? Well a fujifilm finepix F401 was a Christmas gift two years ago. I'd like to tell you why we lasted way past the honeymoon period. I like to think of my camera as a man - bizarre yes so let me explain. He isn't complicated to get to know and has been very faithful. On first introduction, he seems simple enough and does the job.
Pros: Brushed silver & blue light design, usability and loyalty .

Excerpt: This is the first digital camera that I have bought, but that is not to say that I did not have experience in the market as I have had an interest for quite a while and bought this camera after looking at others like the Epson. Finepix F401really does take fine pictures, as this is its primary function, and the user can choose the quality of the pictures with five resolutions; although the higher the resolution the smaller the virtual zoom.
Excerpt: I toured the shops trying to decide which brand and model would suit my needs as my first digital camera and must have tried dozens in my search. The Finepix F401 stood out immediately I picked it up. The size, weight and shape make it easy to hold and use. The optical and electronic zoom is operated by the same toggle switch as that which allows you access to all of the features and menus. The camera's feature/option menus are logically presented and simple to use.
Pros: Slim, compact camera and easy to use .
Cons: The capacity of memory stick supplied is inadequate for high pixel pics .
Excerpt: Well I had an old panasonic digital camera and wanted rid as it was useless (£60 in Tesco if I remember) so I needed another option. I'd liked to have paid £1000's for a Digital SLR but I was unfortunately limited to about £250. So I went for the F401 from Fujifilm as a couple of mates had been to the states and got one each. Managed to pick one up cheap for £200 on the nose and was reasonably happy. Ok the good and bad points I have found so far : Good.
Pros: Small, good battery life, easy to use
Cons: Not many manual options, only 2 . 1 megapixel
Excerpt: Slick, stylish, sassy, sexy. The Fujifilm F401 is the perfect companion. Its small, compact appearance makes it ideal for taking with you on nights out and its long lasting battery and excellent film storage means you can snap the night away. I have only had it for a while and there are still lots of manual functions which i have not mastered yet.
Pros: Excellent digital and optical zoom, small and compact, long battery life, can hold lots of photos
Excerpt: I bought this camera in February, and have been really pleased with the photos. The video clip functon is fun- I don't want to lug a video camera around, and have got some cute footage of elephants wandering around etc that I would have missed... This camera is very logical and easy to navigate, and thus a good starter camera. Optical zoom is useful, and you can really crop and zoom in on things later while editing, and still maintain a surprisingly good quality.
Pros: small, clear screen, easy to use, video clip
Excerpt: It is quite small but big enough to feel substantialy good quality.Printed pictures are excellent on glossy paper indicating the 'ramp' up from 2 megapixels works really well.As it only comes with a 16MB card, meaning that just 9 pictures can be taken on top quality, the purchase of a larger card is absolutely neccessary for easy use.
Pros: Good quality pictures, good price .
Cons: Only has 16MB memory . Some controls a bit fiddly .
Excerpt: The Fujifilm F401 is a quality looking aluminium alloy camera, and produces pictures to match. It is simple enough for both the point and shoot variety of photography but also carries enough features for the enthusiast. When turned on, the blue lights on the front are particularly impressive (even if not entirely necessary). Startup time is 2.5 seconds. - 2.1 million pixles but up to 4.0 million recorded pixels.
Excerpt: OK, so the best thing to do is get the "Special Features" out of the way first, and i have to say, this camera has some good features and then some... 3G Super CCD sensor (with 2.1 million effective pixels) 3X optical zoom lens equivalent to 38-114mm Newly designed USB PictureCradle for simple and fast automatic image download and battery recharge Ultra-high sensitivity: 160-1600 ISO allows photography in a wide range of situations, including low light shots without...
