Overall a very nice camera for serious point and shoot user. Great value!

Summary: Easy to use. Excellent picture quality. Long zoom. Flash on left pops up at fire up, kind of annoying and located where I would like to hold that side of the camera. Slightly small for my large chunky hands!
Summary: Purchased this camera through Murphy's Camera Shop and was very impressed with how quickly it arrived. They even sent the $50.00 rebate form. I sent the form in and received my check in a week..wow! Now for the camera..I purchased for a wedding gift for my son and his new wife. They had been to a camera shop and picked this camera out. They took it on their honeymoon to Colorado and said they love, love, love the camera.

Summary: (Note: I just now posted the following detailed comparison/review of the Fuji F300EXR and the Lumix (Panasonic) DMC-ZS7 over in the customer review section for the Lumix DMC-ZS7. I am reposting that here also, in its entirety, because it contains quite a lot of info in the F300EXR too, and thus may also be of some interest to folks looking at the F300EXR.) -=-=-=- Hummm... where to begin. Fantastic Camera, once you take the time to learn it.

Summary: I am amateur photographer who loves taking pictures wherever I am. After my Samsung ST45 died on me last year, I was in search of a replacement. I stumbled across the F300EXR while googling for camera deals. After reading the reviews I was very skeptical, about the purchase. However I was able to find the camera as an open box item for $149 with free shipping and figured it was worth the risk since there was nothing in that price range that could beat the specs on paper.
F300 - great for what I want it for - and lots of bang for the buck

Summary: The reviews tend to be either 5 stars or 1 star -- love it or hate it. After a month of heavy use and a tough learning curve, I think there still hasn't been a review which tells it the way I've seen it. Hopefully this will help others with their decision. First a word about where I'm coming from: I started with a Sony W1 six years ago, moved into a Fujifilm F11 (loved it!
Summary: This is a great camera that fits my needs well. I read a lot of reviews before buying this camera and, just as I felt before buying and using the camera, I found that most of the negative comments were from people who wanted the camera to be something that it is not. This camera has a Point-And-Shoot mode that is adequate if you are rushing to get a shot but if you know ahead of time what your shooting conditions are going to be then you can bet there is a setting that...
