Summary: I was attracted by the price of this camera. Phone cameras are convenient but i was going on holiday and wanted something that could zoom etc.,. As I'm not an avid photographer, this camera defiinitely suits my needs. Mrs D.B., Kent.
Excerpt: There are numerous amounts of camera's in the house with myself being a photography enthusiast, I have a collection ranging from top of the range SLR to the most basic compact. This camera is one that is used by the whole family for day trips out when the bigger camera's aren't convenient to take.
Pros: Does what its supposed to
Cons: Lacks excitement for the experienced photographer
Summary: This camera was a great purchase. It's lovely and simple to use, and takes great looking pictures. It requires special software (which comes with it on a disc) to upload photos, but since that program allows you to upload straight to social networks etc. what I thought might be a faff has turned out to be very convenient. The only problem I had with it is that pictures taken at night tend to blur... a lot.
Summary: Cameras that don't have an alternative viewfinder to the LCD screen are at a disadvantage when it comes to using in bright conditions. We have all seen what happens when a brighr shaft of sunlight falls across a TV screen, the picture becomes unviewable. In bright conditions outdoors these cameras are point and guess. As the bright conditions increase the viewed image contrast worsens until the screen appears to be black.
A no-frills aim and shoot camera that gives decent photo quality

Excerpt: I had planned a gift for my father who is visiting us this spring and picked up this camera so that he could store his memories during his stay with us. I have had a few trial runs with this piece and now seem confident enough to attempt a review. OVERVIEW Firstly, I picked it from the Amazon marketplace for around £50ish. Currently it shows £53 on the marketplace and £59 on Amazon.com. So it is a budget camera and should not necessarily come with the frills.
Summary: Bought this as a 'simple' dig for Grandad. He reckons he is getting on well with it but we haven't seen any evidence as yet. My play with it on Christmas day showed it to be a nice easy little camera excellent as a point and shoot. With all things a proper printed manual would have been nice. I am waiting for the dreaded phone call where he will have changed some setting somewhere and the camera is behaving in an 'unexpected' way but that's folks for you!
Summary: bought this for my daughter for christmas, she's really pleased with it so far. photo's seem to be sharp enough, although only veiwed them on camera so far as not yet set up the computer software for it ( been busy). Simple to use, light wheight, nice colour (pink).
Summary: My boyfriend bought me this camera as a birthday present back in April and it arrived middle of May. Really handy little camera but it's definitely a budget one, photo quality is good though, haven't tested the HD video function yet. My original review was whining about not being able to get the photos off it but that's because it doesn't mount as an external drive like most cameras do in Mac OSX, you have to open Image Capture and it shows up as a device - easy (once...
