Summary: I have been very happy with my sony cybershot , but one of them stopped working and the remaining one is quite old, so I decided on a new camera. This is a clever little camera which can be set in a mode to take pictures using what it considers to be the best setting, which seems to work very well. You can, of course, chose your own settings. I find the sharpness not quite as good as my old sony and the depth of focus can vary, but otherwise this is a fine camera.
Summary: I bought this on the recommendation of a friend and I haven't been disappointed. She bought her's through Amazon too and I was so impressed when she demonstrated the panoramic facility that I had to have one! It's very compact and easy to use although the battery life could be better - hence my giving it 4 rather than 5 stars.
Summary: Great little camera for for someone like me who doesnt want a lot of technical jargon just to get started. Simple instructions and easy to use. Would have been helpful if it was made clear there is no built in memory and the company who supplied mine didn't supply a memory card. When looking for a compatible card discovered that they are offering the same camera with a memory card and a case for the same price when you go onto their own website! So buyers beware.
Good digi camera - but small screen lets it down, even at this £

Excerpt: "=== FUJI GOOD === The Fuji is one of the easiest digital cameras to use. But as I need reading glasses to focus the small screen lets it down. However, that's the only bad point about it. I;ve used it: * in the wind * in the rain * in the sun * in the snow * indoors And every shot has been perfect. For point and click functionality it can't be faulted. For people with 20:20 vision then this is probably the perfect camera, but to set up some of ...
Pros: Light, small, auto - everything, perfect pictures
Summary: I HAD ONE BLACK ONE LASTED ABOUT A YEAR BEFORE THE SCREEN WAS DAMAGED (MY FAULT IT WAS IN MY POCKET WITHOUT A CASE SO I MUST HAVE WALKED INTO SOMETHING,STILL TOOK PHOTOS BUT YOU COULDN'T SEE WHAT YOU TOOK). THE RED ONE I NOW USE IS WITH ME EVERY DAY -HELL IT GETS SOME HAMMERING, THE PROBLEM NOW IS I TAKE PICTURES BUT THE PLAY/VIEW BUTTON WON'T WORK SO I CANT SEE WHAT I'VE JUST TOOK - FOR £50 I'VE HAD MY MONIES WORTH- MY ONLY REAL COMPLAIN IS THAT THIS DRAINS BATTERIES...
Summary: I'm really happy with this camera; it's smaller than I expected, very easy to take anywhere and takes pretty good quality photos/video - especially for the price. You have a fair amount of control over elements such as ISO and white balance, etc. and a surprising amount of modes of shooting in which to use them.
