Summary: We decided this year to get all 11 of the grandchildren a digital camera for Christmas and we got all 11 of them from e-bay, 3 were the Fujifilm 2300's .They are great cameras and easy to use for a first camera. All of the cameras were Fujifilms.. What to get for next year > who knows.
Summary: This is an antiquated digital camera . Not too many megapixels for today's standards but then again it's not how many megapixels the camera has but what it does with them. In that regards this camera (and all Fujifilm cameras for that matter)does an excellent job.
at three years old, it still works... but not as well

Summary: I have enjoyed this camera since my MIL got it for us in 2001. But now it's starting to show it's age, and after countless uses and trip and kids we are finally needing a new one. But I like this one for "beat up" purposes. It still works ok.
Summary: Guys, you can't expect from this camera some super cool things because it is basic 2.1 Mp camera but this is VERY RELIABLE and decent simple camera that has traveled with me ALL ACROSS THE WORLD and never put me down!
Summary: This is an easy to use camera that you can beat the crap out of. I thought that i had lost my first one and i missed it so much i bought a second... well the first one showed up again and now i loan them both out to my high school kids for website projects.
Summary: I've been very pleased with this small and inexpensive digital camera. It's been a good one with which to learn about digital photography. Realiable quality for family photos. Eats batteries at an alarming rate, so get an AC adapter.
Summary: I've owned this camera for 18 months now. Almost immediately, I noticed small, translucent spots on some pictures taken in certain lighting conditions. I looked at the lens under magnification (40x) and saw foreign matter on the inside of the lens.
Summary: I bought this about 6 months ago and it has been so useful! I no longer need to pay for developing rolls and rolls of films! I'm the type of photographer who would be glad if 5 photos (out of 36) turned out to be ... presentable.
