Great point and shoot camera

Thor, Amazon
12 March 2014
  • Summary: This is a wonderful point and shoot camera. Its small, has a nice big LCD display, and is fairly rugged with it's metal body. This has gone with me where my SLR couldn't and snapped some pretty great photos. The only drawback is the weird charging stand that it requires.

My Casio EXILIM Zoom EX-1000 works great.

castlem8, Ebay
10 February 2011
  • Summary: This is my second Casio EX-Z1000. It has been a great "pocket camera" for carrying with me for spontaneous photo opportunities. I lost my first camera during a trip and insisted on obtaining an identical Casio.

easy to use pocket camera

diiglory, PhotoAlley.com
17 February 2007
  • Summary: This is a stylish little camera easy to carry and use. If you are not too picky about the IQ it is a great choice. But if you compare with other brands, you will see the it falls short on IQ especially on the noise control even at low ISO level.
  • Pros: Accurate Colors, Great Resolution, Nice Features and Settings
  • Cons: noise control

Decent camera for the price and WOW factor

W. B. Hays, Amazon
3 August 2006
  • Summary: I previously had the Casio EX-Z750 7.1MP digital camera and thought it was a decent camera so i went with the EX-Z1000. Even though it's in the same line-up as the EX-Z750, it's a completely different camera. I consider myself a power user - so far, the EX-Z1000 has accomodated my needs fairly well.
