Summary: This is a great little camera. It has a color filter that's fun to play around with: blue, pink, yellow, etc etc plus your regular b/w, sepia filters. Photos are nice and clear. Seems to have been made of good quality.
Summary: I own a Casio Digital 10.1 mp that I bought off amazon. The cable works perfectly. Just because you had a bad experience, please check your facts with others before you slander a product. Seems like that was just your own experience as my girlfriend owns the same camera in red...no complaints from her either.
Summary: The main appeal here is the small, slick, shiny body of the camera - it's a very neat device, very light, and can slip into even a shirt pocket without much bother. The lens protrudes when switched on, and the electronic zoom control is well placed alongside the shutter release, with an easy, smooth action. Resulting pictures aren't amazing, but they are faithful and completely acceptable.
Summary: For a pocket camera this is ideal, and being pink has its advantages for my daughter! The quality of the image seems to be very good indeed. Not had a chance to use it much yet to give a long term opinion of it. I have only knocked it down one notch in the ratings because, like with many of the small digital cameras produced at the moment, it doesn't have a viewfinder. In a bright light situation it can be difficult to see the screen.
Summary: Fantastic camera all round and even better than my previous Casio camera. The only two things I'd change would be to add a viewfinder to help when the sun is behind you and the screen is not much use and to have a cradle for uploading whilst recharging the battery, just like my old Casio. That would be much easier than having to remove the battery. Otherwise, I'm most impressed by the ease-of-use and the image quality.
Summary: I like the camera - I've had it a few months and can't complain. I'm adding this review to say if you lose the (proprietary) USB cable the only place you can get it is from CALLING casio spares number - available from their web site. It wasn't a problem but I went to 3 shops and spent hours online trying to find this out (the casio website doesn't sell the accessory).
Summary: I bought this camera as weve had casios before and been very happy with them. This one is no different. A very good camera if you want to point and shoot; easy to use with some fun extras. The only downside (and this may be because we haven't had it long and are still getting used to it) is that the quality occassionally appears blurry in the viewing screen, particularly when zoomed. Generally though very happy.
Summary: Great little camera, very compact, good quality pictures, lots of advanced features. One touch button for video - much easier than earlier versions of this camera. But beware - the video clips are .MOV format (Quick Time) and are not compatible with Windows Movie Maker - sound is lost when you import the clips.
Summary: I don't have this camera, but recently tried a friends. The specs indicate it should be a good camera, and it certainly lives up to it. The 10 mega pixel pictures give a good, clear picture in standard conditions, but can lack in quality in high light conditions. The lens is of good quality is quite sufficient, a 28mm wide angle lens and this also helps with the 4x optical zoom. The ISO is good when set high, so pictures are as clear as possible.
