CASIO EXILIM EX-V7 is a Great camera at a fair price!
27 October 2014
Summary: Great little camera for the price. Its about the size of a deck of playing cards, and very light. Fits well in any pocket. I bought one New in 2008 and loved it. I dropped the camera while on a trip, and as for any electronic device the landing did not go well.
Summary: Here's a full function digital camera that does all that's advertised, including stereo sound movies, 7x optical zoom with a high digital multiplyer, and crisp resolution. This has vivid colors and easy point and shoot settings, but if you like more feature options, it can challenge you for hours.
Summary: It was a replacement for one just like it that was broken. It would have cost me at least $150.00 to send in for repair. I got this replacement for 1/3 the cost and only has a scratched lcd screen that does not affect operation.
Nice controls, good for a beginning photographer like me

Summary: It seems as though the image stabilizer on this camera can fail and prevent the camera from starting up. It also appears as though that's fixable by upgrading the firmware: [...] This camera is small enough to fit comfortably in a large pocket, and it's pretty versatile.
Summary: I got this for my daughter, who has figured out all the different ways it can be used (and shown most of them to me). It's really a gem. The only downside (a small one) is that the camera cannot be directly connected (by USB cable) to your computer.
Summary: Excellent camera, small and portable. Only two minor problems: The autofocus aid light remains always on, and the wrist strap is way too short. This leads to put your finger on the lens, or not using the strap at all. The lens cover is perfect to protect the camera!
Summary: It took a little bit to figure out the features of this camera but once that was done, we have been able to take some extraordinary pictures. Love the ease of the camera when using it. This camera was bought specifically for the 7X optical and it does a good job.
Summary: I have had several of the Exilim cameras and this latest version is a lower resolution but has some advantages that outweigh the lower res. It has no lens that protrudes from the body of the camera which makes it a perfect camera to always have around.
