CASIO EXILIM EX-V7 is a Great camera at a fair price!

Summary: Great little camera for the price. Its about the size of a deck of playing cards, and very light. Fits well in any pocket. I bought one New in 2008 and loved it. I dropped the camera while on a trip, and as for any electronic device the landing did not go well. Was very happy to find this one to replace the old one. THANKS!
Summary: Here's a full function digital camera that does all that's advertised, including stereo sound movies, 7x optical zoom with a high digital multiplyer, and crisp resolution. This has vivid colors and easy point and shoot settings, but if you like more feature options, it can challenge you for hours. Easy USB interface via a model specific charging/ docking station, or pull the sd card and download your images and videos via a card reader.
Summary: It was a replacement for one just like it that was broken. It would have cost me at least $150.00 to send in for repair. I got this replacement for 1/3 the cost and only has a scratched lcd screen that does not affect operation.
Poor Video Quality, esp. under low light. Picture Okay

Summary: I didn't get to use the cameral fully because I bought a refurbished one. The scroll buttons didn't work. I took some pictures and videos with the limited feature. Picture quality was okay. Color didn't seem that vibrant. Not sure if I could adjust the setting. I couldn't because the scroll buttons weren't working. Video was horrible when taken under low like. Very grainy. I had to send it back, but lost $5.50 for shipping cost. Ended up buying a Canon Powershot SX110.
Nice controls, good for a beginning photographer like me

Summary: It seems as though the image stabilizer on this camera can fail and prevent the camera from starting up. It also appears as though that's fixable by upgrading the firmware: [...] This camera is small enough to fit comfortably in a large pocket, and it's pretty versatile. The controls are pretty well-designed, though I it takes wading through the menus to adjust some photo settings, which is something of a pain.
Summary: Great camera for the price - good zoom and picture quality The only fault I have is that the usb connection and charging connecton is though a dock (small) a little bit more cumbersome than just plugging directly into the camera if you do a lot of travelling
