Exilim EX-S3

jo_chemist, Ebay

  • Summary: Pros: Very portable (size of a business card wallet) and gives surprisingly nice pictures for a 3 megpixel without autofocus and other fancy stuff. Very easy to use. Easy to find at very reasonable eBay price. ($20-55) Camera still made in Japan - solid feel.

  • Excerpt: The Casio Elixim EX S3 is a neat little camera that will fit into even the smallest of handbags. It is easy to use and has three simple modes. You can take a normal photo, record 30 seconds of film or get extra help using the best shot function.
  • Pros: stylish and compact
  • Cons: digital zoom is hopeless

The best little digital camera

Sherbert, Ciao
4 June 2004
  • Excerpt: We've owned this camera for about a year now and it's fantastic! It's small enough to fit in a top pocket for the boys and a handbag for the girlies and we bought a leather change purse off the market for £1.00 which it fits in exactly, rather than paying nearly £20.00 for the official carrying...
  • Pros: Tiny yet lots of features
  • Cons: None

  • Pros: Fits in your pocket
  • Cons: Doesn't come with a case

  • Excerpt: What a great little ickle camera. For a snap and shoot you can't get much better than this. Obviously if you want more from a Digital camera then you can invest in more pixels, more features but the size of this camera really makes a difference. The display is big, the options are there.
  • Pros: ITS THE SIZE OF A CREDIT CARD !
  • Cons: you could lose it !
