Summary: I lost a Kodak Z981 camera and therefore decided to purchase this camera. It has the same features as the Kodak camera plus it has much better high speed (frames per second) recording capability plus a slow motion play back feature that I am really pleased with.
Summary: i was looking for a highspeed camera to take shots of kids playing baseball, light weight, it eats batteries fast, has cheap plastic components after looking at a friends i bought the wrong camera, should have spent a couple hundred more.
Perfect for slow mo, however the price is ridiculous

Summary: When this camera first came out it was around $300. Now that it's discontinued, sellers have jacked the price waaay up (2 grand, are you kidding??). There are better options out there right now for $300. I use the FH20 for golf swing analysis. Usually using 210fps, the FH20 has a manual shutter speed setting up to 1/20000 of a second. If you're in sunlight, generally 1/2000 is plenty good to reduce the blur of the clubhead.
An amazing camera for shooting high-speed movies, worth the money.

Summary: An excellent camera with some amazing features. Being my first DSLR, I was very impressed. The camera's high-speed function is incredible, especially at 210 fps, where the video quality is still good. At 420 fps and 1000 fps, the quality drops quite a lot, but its still fun to use. The 20x optical zoom isn't the best (meaning you have to get pretty close to your subject, particularly if you're filming birds) but its the best there is for a high-speed consumer camera.
Summary: This camera is easy to use and had a wide variety of features. However, it does not work as well as I would have liked. It eats batteries like that's it's job. It's gotten to the point where I can't store the camera with batteries in it because even after a few days, they will be dead. If I'm planning on taking pictures of an event (like a graduation or ceremony of some kind) I have to make sure to bring at least one extra set of batteries as well as a back up camera.
Summary: Great pictures with tremendous clarity. The high speed video feature is fantastic. I have been able to use it to help my son review his batting technique in baseball. Since it runs on AA batteries you should be prepared to buy rechargeable AA batteries along with a recharger. Excellent value.
Summary: This camera takes great pictures and is fabulous for video, especially sports video. I've had mine for over a year now, long enough for the purchase warranty to expire, and the lens view finder turned black as I was taking taking pictures. The camera wasn't dropped, this just happened with no warning or explanation. Local camera repair shops told me Casio doesn't release parts to them so they can't fix the camera.
Summary: This camera is amazing. So is the EX-F1 and the EX-FH25 so why do I say Casio needs a clue? Because all three cameras have been discontinued with no replacements anounced. They do not appear to even have any replacement models in the works. This is a shame. It's a shame because Casio has completely failed to educate the public about these cameras and what they can do. Forget about side-by-side comparissons with quality and features of other cameras "in their class".
