    With exactly same image quality if not less than SX230 but being 30% expensiver, bigger in size and weight it doesnt seems to be the better buy if you're looking for anything else than zoom.
    Seems pretty wired but with the same theorical cmos sensor and processor than SX50 camera, the image quality its worse. Canon people are really keep on the zoom thing but forgeting to really upgrade the sensors in order to get quality near dslr as they anunce.
