Summary: I bought this camera for my wife who does not like techy things. She likes to keep it simple and easy and this camera does that. She also loves the color. It's also easy to transfer pics from camera to computer with software and cable provided. 16x Zoom feature allows for great closeups. Have had it for less than one month and not tried all of the features, but trust in the Canon name.
Summary: I am delighted with my new camera. The 16X zoom, ease of taking videos, and other features make it a winner. Some have complained about using batteries up. Using rechargeable AA batteries solves this problem. I charge 4 of them, put 2 in the camera, and carry the other 2 as spares, so I'm always prepared and don't have to buy replacements. You only have to push a red button to start and stop a video take.
Summary: Takes great pictures and fairly easy to use right away. Only a couple downfalls. Goes through batteries pretty quick and takes a little while to focus. Otherwise, it is an excellent camera and I am happy with it.
Summary: I really like this camera! The only problem I've had so far is unless I turn the flash on some pictures will blur. There doesnt seem to be a setting for taking action shots. Other than that it's great.
Summary: This camera has a high resolution sensor (16 megapixels) and a strong telephoto (16x). On the wide angle setting it is equivalent to a 24 mm lens, which is great for interoor shots and landscapes. It can be set to auto, or used with full manual settings. It uses easy to find AA batteries (rechargeable lithium or alkaline). It does HD video.
