The Canon Power Shot sx110 snaps pictures quiker than most
9 September 2012
Excerpt: This Canon Power-Shot sx110 is takes nice pictures and it snaps pictures quicker than other cameras I've had. In the past I missed a lot of good shots with my first child because the digital camera was so slow once I clicked the button. With the Canon Power-Shot I'm able to get the picture before my little ones turn their head. The only thing that has been difficult for me is learning how to use the many settings.
Excerpt: The Canon SX110IS has been a great addition to my "collection". Being a former professional photographer, I am quite picky about my point-and-shoot cameras. I have been a loyal Canon user for 19 years, convinced of their superior design and customer service in my photojournalist days. When my previous point-and-shoot was lost (by my teenage son at the Presidential Inauguration!) I resorted to using my professional cameras for family photos, etc.
Excerpt: The Canon Powershot SX110IS is a fantastic camera that takes very good pictures. It has excellent zoom capabilities and with an optical zoom of 10x, you can shoot just about anything at a distance. The 9 megapixels ensures that you can get great-quality photos, even if you decide to enlarge them. I recently used video function and was unbelievably surprised at the quality of the video when I played it (after downloading) on my computer. The only thing that I find...
Excerpt: We bought our Canon SX110 about 2 years ago after our previous camera became unreliable. This is a great little camera and well worth the money! I love that it is simple to use and easily fits in my purse. My husband loves that he is able to get creative and do many different things with the camera. The SX110 is intuitive to use with easily understood icons, so it's perfect for the everyday use.
Excerpt: I have really enjoyed this camera since I got it as a birthday gift from my family. Takes great quality pictures. If you use regular AA batteries, it will drain them in no time, so keep extras handy. Overall I love this camera!
I love all of my Canon cameras, especially the PowerShot!

Excerpt: This camera is not for the clumsy! I am very accident prone and dropped my first camera on the gorund while outside. The camera didn't smash or appear broken, but the flash started making a ticking noise as well as the zoom/lens was a little off center. I suppose had it fallen when the camera was off, the lens may not have tilted as badly! I love the quality of the pictures though!
Excerpt: I have owned this camera for over two years now. The best thing about this camera is the awesome pictures that it takes. Have used it to take pictures of concerts that I have been to & they come out so good. It compares to a zoom camera that I had about 10 years ago. I paid double for that camera then I did this digital camera. The main reason I bought this was to take with me on vacation when I go to a country music festival.
Excerpt: The Canon Powershot SX110IS is an amazing compact digital camera. It has a 3 inch LCD digital viewfinder, a 10x optical zoom, and 9.0 megapixels. I love the quality of the photos. The color it captures always turns out amazing. The flash is manual...you must raise it manually when you want it to fire. At first, I thought this aspect of the camera would bug me, but it doesn't.
Excerpt: I loved my last camera ( a Canon Powershot A75) and when I had to replace it after 5 years (due to me taking on the beach and it getting too wet, not a manufacturing flaw) I wanted to upgrade to a more powerful zoom. Since I was very familiar with my camera, I was already leaning towards another Canon, but first I went to some local stores to try out competitors. For the price and the options, I wound up choosing the Canon power Shot SX110IS.
Excerpt: My hubby bought me this camera for Christmas 2 years ago (actually a friend picked it out). It has been a most amazing, small camera! I immediately began snapping pics with it. This camera is so easy to use that I have barely even looked at the instruction book. I love the way you can change the pic size & quality, because it helps save space on my memory card when I need to. I have taken some really nice portraits & just candid shots with it.
