Nice Point and Shoot
9 September 2012
Excerpt: I have been using Canon Elph series for a long time. I have had a SD100, SD230, SD550. The Canon SD950IS is the best of the bunch. The quality of the pictures are bright and clear. Btw, the camera sports a 12.1 mega pixel lens. For most point and shoot cameras, 7.1 mega pixels should be enough. The camera is small enough to fit in your pocket. For me, this was a selling point. I really did not want to lug around a big DSLR. Also, DSLR cameras are expensive.
Summary: I've had this camera ever since it just came out and the quality never fails to impress. Yes, some indoor pictures need quick touch-ups here and there but modern tools such as picasa make it a snap. Also, on macro setting I'm able to take really impressive pictures of flowers in my garden. I don't need another camera for many years.
Summary: I bought this (my second one) used and the condition is actually "like new." Wonderful! Of the many features on this camera, the best is that it has an optical viewfinder. Summary: This camera is fantastic. I did a lot of research on cameras and found this Canon Power Shot to be one of the best..This is a great camera. Lots of options and easy to use. The battery lasts a long time before needing charged and charges in just a couple of hours. The camera has mega features that not only add to its appeal, but will also allow the owner to experiment in order to capture the perfect photo.
Summary: I bought the New Canon digital Camera 12.1 Megapixel three weeks ago and was immediately impressed with the number of features available on this inexpensive Camera. It has the feturs i was looking for.

Summary: I pretty much love everything about this little point and shoot camera. I have taken this camera from the ski slopes, Disney World, and to the tops of mountains...and it performed well in all conditions. This is the first digital camera I purchased myself and I will be sure to keep purchasing Canon cameras in the future. Shutter speed for action shots, sub-par low light shooting, and extremely large video files are the only complaints I have. Otherwise..
