Pictures shot with the Canon PowerShot SD750 are simply appealing to many photographers with its deep clarity, sharpness and clear colors. Many of the Canon fans appreciate the fact that the Canon PowerShot SD750 is nicely designed with an excellent high-ISO photo quality and above-average movie quality. Along with that, it’s relatively fast and its face detection system is simply amazing. A certain feature named the ‘color accent’ is the favorite feature of many of its users as it simply takes excellent pictures. They also like its fast usage system which allows the quickest way to take a shot and it takes no more than 2 seconds simply turn on the flash if ever needed. A CNET reviewer had this to say about the camera, “It lacks the image stabilization of the SD800 IS and the tiny appeal of the SD1000, but the Canon PowerShot SD750 has a more elegant, cutting-edge design, large LCD and—to my eyes, at least—better photo quality.” While some users don’t like a few features with the Canon PowerShot SD750, firstly, the photos tend to have purple fringing and secondly, there’s no optical viewfinder. Some commented that the menu and the tool bars are not the easiest to navigate and the buttons too can be confusing. Despite that, on the whole, the Canon PowerShot SD750 is known to be a great product and that includes the ease of using it. It helps a lot when the pictures taken with it looks great.

With a solid range of features and automatic settings, the Canon Powershot SD750 is a versatile, go-anywhere digital camera that will capture memories quicker and with more fidelity than the competition. It goes without saying that the price tag only adds to its appeal. You can find better cameras out there, but why pay double for only marginally better performance? The Canon Powershot SD750 is one of our absolute favorite budget point-and-shoot cameras. To see a list of... Read more
The new aesthetics (silver and silver with black accents, elegant, cutting-edge design and large LCD) from Canon first gives me a good impression, but I miss the viewfinder (it was present at Ixus 70 (SD 1000). Also it lacks the image stabilization of the SD800 IS. A new Time Lapse Movie function allows a scene of two hours duration to be condensed to a fluid eight minute or four minute movie file, obtaining very stunning effects. A new Auto ISO Shift function prevents... Read more
The Canon PowerShot SD750 Digital ELPH is one of the prettiest cameras I've had the pleasure to review. And it was indeed a pleasure. The Canon SD750's fast startup and shutdown times never got in the way, and the responsive shutter made me forget all about shutter lag. I even had some fun shooting with the Canon SD750's Digital Macro mode, and more fun shooting a tank of fish using Aquarium Scene mode. I did miss a longer zoom than the Canon SD750's 3x optical lens... Read more
In the end, the SD750 is a convenient digital camera that takes high-quality pictures and comes with an enormous 3-inch LCD screen. The LCD bumps up the retail price by $50, which may be too much for some to justify. The SD1000 has the same great performance, but with a smaller LCD and lower price. The cheapskate in me chooses the SD1000, but my eyes lust after the big screen on the Canon PowerShot SD750. Read more
Once I purchased my first canon I would never go back to using any other cheap camera. I have had my camera for 3 yrs and still works like new. Only dropped a couple of times but it barely has a scratch. i had to get this baby because my old canon got washed in the washer. Besides coming out squeaky clean and wet the camera still worked. The lcd just looked pink so i decided to buy this new model. Picture quality in both cameras are beyond excellent; they are perfect. i... Read more

I LOVE the whole Canon Power shot SD digital camera line. I've owned like 3 of them and am about to purchase a 4th one. My little sister (at the time, she was like 11) broke my first one beyond repair and I was heartbroken...it was an SD300. So I purchased another one, an SD400 or 450..which I sent to my brother in India to take pictures of my then newborn nephew. I purchased another one after that and my parents ended up needing a camera for something, and I never saw... Read more
