The Elph I've dreamed of...
1 April 2014
Summary: I was absolutely thrilled to find this model still available...after having had a few years experience with earlier acquisitions of it...but with this new Elph having a mB more pixel capability than my earlier Elph's...calling it a "thrill" doesn't begin to describe my joy of possibly getting my hands on a piece of technology that didn't require a whole new learning curve to be able to use something that I already was very familiar with.
best for the money its old and works amazing as always must have!

Summary: review for the camera in general NOT the seller or sellers item. i once had this same SD600 before and i bought another for the same price i once got it for. for around $20 this camera is pretty flat out amazing with photos even indoors with low lighting its not overly grainy on the exposure. colors come out vibrant and accurate as well. only flaw is the used one i got glitches some times.
Summary: This one replaces one that has failed, so it's a camera with which I am familiar and like. One feature that I MUST have in a point-and-shoot is through the lens viewing, which has become very rare in small cameras. That's why I bought another SD600.
If something happens to this one, I'll be buying my third! Love this camera

Summary: Love it. It's a great little camera and works great. This is my second one. It's small, but powerful. The micro feature works fantastic and the zoom at 10X is crisp and clear too. I had my first one for 3 years and used it constantly. This one I use a lot too.
Excerpt: I bought the Canon IXUS 60. But I'm not happy with its performance under low light conditions like indoors or dark areas like when you want to click lightings of a city. Even when we increase the ISO there is noise seen in the picture. Under darker conditions when the ISO speed is increased, zoom or settings like fire works, indoor etc is activated then the photograph is affected by camera shake. I think Canon needs to improve on image stabilisation on the IXUS series.
Newer and better are out there, but not with the same value!

Summary: I had had this camera for a few years and always loved it, when it broke (because my best friend fell down the stairs with it in her back pocket, not because of old age or anything) I couldn't justify buying a new camera for a lot more money rather than replacing a camera I already know I like for a lot less. I think the pictures are of good quality, and there is a good amount of features.
Summary: It is a wonderful first camera for my older sister's first digital camera. I had on when I first started to take digital pictures. It is easy to use, mistake-proof and takes wonderful quality pictures.
