The Elph I've dreamed of...
1 April 2014
Summary: I was absolutely thrilled to find this model still available...after having had a few years experience with earlier acquisitions of it...but with this new Elph having a mB more pixel capability than my earlier Elph's...calling it a "thrill" doesn't begin to describe my joy of possibly getting my hands on a piece of technology that didn't require a whole new learning curve to be able to use something that I already was very familiar with.
best for the money its old and works amazing as always must have!

Summary: review for the camera in general NOT the seller or sellers item. i once had this same SD600 before and i bought another for the same price i once got it for. for around $20 this camera is pretty flat out amazing with photos even indoors with low lighting its not overly grainy on the exposure. colors come out vibrant and accurate as well. only flaw is the used one i got glitches some times.
Summary: This one replaces one that has failed, so it's a camera with which I am familiar and like. One feature that I MUST have in a point-and-shoot is through the lens viewing, which has become very rare in small cameras. That's why I bought another SD600.
Excerpt: The cannon powershot is an amazing camera... it's slim design is awesome for someone with alot of stuff to carry around. It takes amazingliy clear, crisp pictures and is very fashionable with the colors it is available in. It is great for the girl on the go who cannot lug around a huge camera. It is a cannon so you know that it is going to take amazing pictures. It's quality os amazing and is very reasonably priced.
Excerpt: I love this camera! I got it a year and a half ago and it is one of my favorite toys. It fits perfectly in my pocket and is so easy to use. I bought a second battery and two flash cards, so I can always have a charged battery and empty card ready to go. The 6.0 megapixel size allows me to crop my photos anyway I want to get just the shot I want. There is a two part zoom that will get you up close and personal.
Excerpt: It is easy to learn how to use this compact camera by Cannon. It takes high quality pictures both in indoor and outdoor setting and is offered at an affordable price. It is useful for both personal and professional use. Recommended!
Excerpt: The Canon PowerShot SD600 is perfect for me! I keep it with me all the time. My high-school senior is always asking me to take her picture with her friends. It's always there for her sports events. We had had an earlier PowerShot camera, but it stopped holding a charge, no matter what we did. That camera had a higher zoom power than is available on a PowerShot now, and it took fantastic pictures.
