  • Should I go with the sd1300 IS or is there a better option?

I just saw an add that this Canon SD130 IS is offered for $130 CAD. My old Samsung L 730 has not really convince me and I am looking for a small camera that makes sharp pictures, has a nice macro option. Makes it possible to take decent pictures when darker. I like to shoot friends and would like a camera that is fast enough to capture the moment. One big disappointment was the flash on my samsung as it was always over exposing. I guess for 130 you can't go really wrong here, but I was wondering if I should just invest a bit more money and get a better point and shoot - DSLR will be the next step in about a year. Thanks for your imput.
