Summary: Yet another awesome camera in the Canon "G" series. I bought this one as an up grade from my Canon G9. Canon tweaked this camera out. One of my most used and fav features is the fact that the view screen can be rotated 180* I use this ALOT as I find my self shooting tons of picts that are up at an...
Summary: I had a digital Pentax ,pretty much alike , it was stolen and I moved to Canon every function works great I have it for some years and am very happy ,don't miss my Nikons HP,f2a,f2as,..... Excelent ,CANON !!!!
Summary: I just took a photography class and the teachers said this Cannon is really like a SLR all compact into one. And I'll tell ya once you know how to use this camera the photos are amazing. So worth the money without all the equipment. Love this camera
Summary: I am an old time user of the cannon G, to my opinion the best point-and-shoot series. the only disappointment we had was to find out that the memory card was not part of the package so we had to buy it separately. excellent choice for those who are looking for a $400-500 camera.
Summary: There are way many reviews about G11 and S90, and it's the most headache thing for me to select the correct one, which I would like to spend money on walk and shoot porpose instead of carrying my Canon 30D. After deep thinking and borrow G11 and S90 from friends to play couple days.
Summary: I have been into photography for over 30 years. I have shot with an Argus C3 35mm to start, Nikkormats, Nikon F, Pentax ME Super, Compact 110 cameras, polaroids, etc. I got into digital maybe 10 years ago with a Nikon Coolpix 950, Coolpix 995, then a Nikon D70.
Summary: we love our new camera and won't elaborate on it's details because everyone else has already done that. we're just 2 old people trying to find the easiest camera around. this was our choice and it was the right one.

Often when I was photographing children, the lagtime on the photo being taken was so long that a child would change expressions, talk to another person in the room, turn around and move out of...
Summary: I now own three cameras: a Canon Powershot SD600 (very small), a Nikon D70 (very big), and now the Canon G11 .... the perfect mid-size camera for travel. It may not offer all the features of the D70 but it provides me with complete control of aperture and shutter and focus settings .....
