Kyle D., Amazon

  • Summary: GREAT picture quality but the trade off of this well made durable camera is that it is really too big and heavy for most pockets and rather than carrying it "everywhere" as I imagined I find I usually pick up my Canon SX230 HS with the higher zoom that this was supposed to replace since it still...

  • Summary: I had to sell all my canon equipment including my L lens to pay for a transmission repair, so I needed something that would not make me cry. THIS IS IT! I prefer this to my old set up. I will post some pics. Perfect boka+ Af system is outstanding. Took night shots-lives up to its boast.

  • Excerpt: I got this camera to take on a trip overseas; I wanted something relatively small, portable, with no extra lenses that would require me to carry around a big kit. This fit the bill. And it then some.
  • Pros: Easy To Use, Fast/accurate auto-focus, Good Image Quality, Good Image Stabilization, Good in Low Light, Great Zoom, Large Clear LCD, Nice Body Color, Short Lag Time
  • Cons: Limited Zoom, No Viewfinder, Short Battery Life

  • Excerpt: Bought on the recommendation of a friend. Takes great shots with little effort. The camera chooses the settings for you most of the time perfectly. Easier to carry around than my DSLR. Get the Viewfinder. A little disappointed in battery life, but a lot is going on electronically.

12 April 2015
  • Excerpt: The camera lens is extremely sharp. The saturation is not extreme. The camera has some unusual creative options built in which expand its useability. This set of comments is in direct oppostion to Ed Shaub's review of this product in Shutterbug recently however my comments stand as far as I am...
