Touch screen is terrible

Summary: Takes good pictures, but the touchscreen is terrible. It very inconsistent with accepting touches. I loved my old PowerShot and its directional pad, going to a touchscreen was not an upgrade in any way.

Summary: As a camera this cameras great if you would not have a touchscreen I was more or less say this camera is close to perfect bought it came with a touchscreen and that's where everything goes wrong The touch is horrible friend it's coming from today's smartphones and tablets the touch feels like it's outdated by 10 years it froze it lag it never worked out have to press 10 times before the touch responded the touch was horrible friend's However on the outside camera didn't...
Summary: Photos are i guess as expected for what you pay for. Night shots aren't that bad but aren't that great either. Never used the wireless feature because I can't be bothered to run software on a PC and all that. Just seems like too much work. Waiting for the day when my phone (iphone 5) could completely replace these point and shoot cameras.
Summary: I purchased this camera because I have an older elph and someone stole my crappy Nikon out of the car. I was so happy they stole that I purchased a newer better elph. The pictures are great but the screen is blurry. I had no problems with the user interface, connecting to my smartphone, or to the computer via wifi. Some folks are just not technically savvy. I don't know what it is either I, but I prefer my earlier elph for photos.
Summary: This is my second Canon PowerShot. Great camera, but the WiFi aspect is a big disappointment. I worked on it for two hours, my stepdaughter (who I bought the camera for) worked on it for an hour, then we gave up. In this day and age, not acceptable!
