Summary: Excellent camera. I got this used for my teen daughter to take on a 3 week trip. Even in rough conditions, the camera looks great. The photos she took came out great and the video is HD so the quality is excellent. I got her a 16 GB card for it.
Summary: It's OK for everyday day photos, but if you are an artist and want to take photos of your paintings -and get good focus and resolution- this one camera will NOT get crisp definition. Inside a building with low light, the photos come out quite grainy when you use the Automatic setting.
Summary: This is a small camera, easy to carry around in pocket or purse and instinctive to use. All the controls are easy to decipher and use. It comes with one battery and the charger and the battery charges fairly fast.
Summary: I was disappointed, maybe just because I thought I was "upgrading" my wife from an old ELPH 100HS to this. It is not a bad camera for the price at all, but the fit and finish feel plasticy. The battery sometimes get stuck in it's slot for example. Takes OK pictures.
Summary: I put a 1 star the first time because there is no cable from the camera to download pictures to your computer. The first thing the quick start instructions tell you to do is make sure you have all the parts and it states "power cord also included". Well it's not.
Summary: The camera is great looking. Pictures come out clear when in focus, but the focusing system is horrible. The worst Canon I've ever owned. I'm seriously beginning to consider switching to Nikon.
Excellent product as I have come to expect from Canon ...

Summary: Excellent product as I have come to expect from Canon cameras. I use this one on our boat for shots of guests, fishing, etc. It is a small unit and the women would like it more than the guys I would expect. Either way, a quality machine for the cost. Captain Mike in seedy south Florida!
Summary: The pictures it takes are good, the size is a little hard to get used to. They don't call it an elf for nothing - not for someone with large hands. It has all the automatic features of my old Cannon Sureshot and since it is last year's model, the price was great.
