Summary: I was very surprised to have won the bid for such a low price. The quality of this camera is good. It is a little bulky for this type of camera . The pictures are very good. I have a Olympus 770 sw camera but the Canon has nearly twice the MP than the Olympus ,but the Olympus is more compact than the Canon power shot.
Excerpt: I bought this camera after I purchased a season pass to a local waterpark. I wanted to be able to capture the fun without worrying about storing a camera and keeping it dry. So I strapped it on my wrist and off we went. I was not disappointed! It was scary the first time I got it wet but sure enough, it held up. I got some great shots on the waterslide and in the splash pool.
Excerpt: My husband and I became interested in the Canon Powershot D10 after a friend bought one. The camera is amazing. It takes great pictures in the water and out of the water. This camera has replaced our Kodak point & shoot because it's a great overall camera. The images are incredibly clear underwater. We were able to capture amazing close up pictures of our 15 month old swimming under water with her eyes open.
Summary: My husband and I purchased this camera for a trip to Hawaii last year. We were looking for something that would do well in salt water, but then maybe also last long enough to use it for years to come with our kids in the pool. After reading reviews on a few other cameras (as well as this one) and viewing user uploaded pictures, we decided to spend a little extra money and go with this one. All of my other cameras are Canon's as well so I knew the brand to be good.
Summary: I read the reviews and was a little worried about it leaking into the battery case but I have to say 2 months in and it works great. I used it both in a fresh water lake and in the ocean and it's giving me really cool pics.

Summary: Although tech info stated that maximum deep diving is 10 meters I used it twice on divings from 15 to 20 meters without any problems. VERY GOOD quality photos/videos, easy to use, easy to change modes underwater, great pictures and also great utilization out of water. I do recommend. Even if you want something for pictures on the beach, this is a resistant and great option. Some fantastic videos and pictures, great buy.
Summary: This is perfect for my day hikes! It's suitable for rugged terrain in case I drop it , and of course, best yet, takes pictures underwater! Worth every penny! Very durable. Easy to transfer photos to computer. I recommend getting an SD memory card to hold photos as the camera holds maybe 2000 Or so. If you take tons, like I do, the 16G memory card was Necessary. Haven't tried the video feature yet. Photos are very clean and sharp, even underwater ! Love this camera!
Summary: I have had my D10 for over two years and it is a constant companion on our trips. It's my go to camera for snorkeling or in adverse weather conditions. It has never failed me except for one minor detail that took me a bit of time to resolve. Before I bought the camera I had read owner reviews which described a lens error problem - in fact one owner returned the camera because he couldn't eliminate the problem. If the lens error appears the camera is rendered useless.
