Excerpt: For a $30 camera it's wonderful. I agree that it has ALOT of noise. It's slower than a DSLR, but what do you expect? IT'S NOT A DSLR! I love the fact that it takes AA Batteries, it makes it a very good backup camera (because the quality still kicks the butt of 90+% of cell phone cameras (Android/Iphone) out there today, and you won't find yourself looking for a charger ever hour or so then worry about missing calls/txt/ktalk/email/etc).
Summary: I really like the camera. I was worried about the size vs my slight shaking. With my last camera I sometimes had blurry pictures because of this. Well the PowerShoot A810 does a wonderful job stabilizing the image. I have had a dramatic reduction in blurriness. I have only used the auto mode but this works well for regular shots, zooms, and videos.
