  • Excerpt: For a $30 camera it's wonderful. I agree that it has ALOT of noise. It's slower than a DSLR, but what do you expect?  IT'S NOT A DSLR! I love the fact that it takes AA Batteries, it makes it a very good backup camera (because the quality still kicks the butt of 90+% of cell phone cameras (Android/Iphone) out there today, and you won't find yourself looking for a charger ever hour or so then worry about missing calls/txt/ktalk/email/etc).

Canon Power Shot A810

Roland Petrov "tea store owner", Amazon
19 September 2014
  • Summary: Super camera for the price! Photographs have natural color, the camera is simple to use, and the batteries last an amazing amount of time. I like the fact that this camera takes AA batteries. The only negative I've experienced is the lens cover occasionally sticking, but a little tap and then trying again seems to solve the issue.

  • Summary: I got the camera late Nov. '13 and have taken very few pictures. The on/off button quit working so the camera is useless.

Super pictures- easy to use- great value!

  • Summary: I purchased this camera for my wife as a mother's day gift. She uses it primarily to photograph items for sale on Ebay and she really seems to like it. It is simple to use and takes crisp and clear pictures. The image stabilization feature is terrific and she likes that it uses aa batteries. All in all, a great camera at a bargain price.

Eats batteries!

D. E. Denman, Amazon
3 June 2014
  • Summary: I bought this camera to replace my stolen Canon Elph. I don't think the pictures are quite as nice, and you will need batteries after about 20 shots with flash. Actually have this up for sale, and have already replaced with a rechargeable Canon product. However, this would be an inexpensive camera for a child, who would take more shots in the day.
