Summary: I have an older Canon Powershot and really enjoy its features and picture quality. I thus purchased this one as a gift for my dad and it is even nicer than mine. It is an upgrade of the older model. Better MP and less delay. Easy to use and truly lightweight.
Summary: I got this camera used to replace a Fuji that acts like it is about done. It is an old model with only 10 mega pixels but it takes nice pictures. The screen is a bit hard to see in bright light but not so much that you can't see what you are trying to shoot. Options on it are not many but for most uses it does fine.
Summary: I love the compact size of the camera we bought for our Grandson. I also appreciate the rechargeable batteries....especially for him. The picture quality is very good. Overall, I'm very pleased with this camera.
Summary: Living in Alaska and traveling to remote sites without power requires a camera I can tuck into the life jacket with several sets of extra batteries. The only thing not intuitive for me is the "fill flash" option. I like to use flash when the auto detector does not require it, I have had a tough time finding it. All else is easy, nice Canon quality, and so far has survived a few drops to the ground from waist height.
Summary: I ordered this camera because I'm not good with things like gadgets and cameras. I had trouble with my last camera because it offered too many choices and options and I needed more of a point and shoot that was easy to operate. I was happy to discover that this camera is indeed very simple and easy to operate, but my surprise was that when compared to photos taken by other folks at the same time...
Summary: I got this camera for my dad. He is able to take some really good photos with it. It is a little bulky compared to the Canon Elph line, but still can fit in a pocket. I chose it for the low price and was impressed by the image quality.
