Summary: It worked for only a few days!! started to have problem turning on and the stopped turning on completely. I didn't really get enough time to see how the quality can be. Very disappointment with this product.
Summary: Well here's a camera that doesn't last long. Only six months and the lens broke. Good for close up shots only, and even then, most of my pictures turned out blurry. Never again, I'm going back to Nikon.
Summary: I bought this camera for my girlfriend's birthday and thought I was getting a great deal and a good camera. But upon opening it the camera would turn off when you powered it up so I got another one and the lens on that new one didn't work and it didn't even turn on!! Short story they suck.
Not a camera for baby/toddler pictures NOT for spontaneous shots either!

Summary: I have only had this camera 4 days but am quick to find this camera is not fast enough to catch those spontaneous moments on film.(It's actually slower than my last camera) It also has a bright red light that shines while it's getting into focus. It's extremely bright and when I try to catch a special moment from my 20 month old son, he quickly moves and turns as the red light shines into his eyes.
Summary: I had a number of cameras during the last 6 or 7 years, all Canon. All had good image quality, some were more forgiving in low light, some not. My last one ( 890is ) died after 2 1/2 years and when I compare the images taken with it with the ones taken with Canon PowerShot A3300 IS 16.0 MP I can only say I am considering buying a used 890is.
Summary: The only thing worse then the Canon A 3300 camera is Canon Technical Support! My new A3300 worked for four days then died. I sent it back to Canon, they returned a cheaper model camera. After many hours on the phone they sent me another A3300 but it was the wrong color. After waiting three weeks the color didn't matter. After using it three times it too died. In five weeks I had a working camera for seven days.
Summary: This camera was a complete disappointment. The functions are in no way intuitive so I found myself pushing button after button without achieving the response I was seeking. (To be fair, I didn't read the manual. Should I have to read the manual to figure out how to see the photo I just shot? I was hoping not.) I tried loading the software multiple times and STILL can't get the darned photos from the memory card to my computer.
Summary: I was so excited to get a Canon camera. I've heard nothing but good things about the brand. After much research, I decided to get this model. I did not like it at all. The pictures all came out grainy and absolutely horrible. When fully zoomed in, the pictures are barely recognizable. I cannot say much else about this camera's features and specs because after about the 20th awful picture using all of the different modes, I simply put it back in the box and returned it.
Summary: Took this whale watching on a boat, it was obviously damp because we were on a boat and waves went over us, the camera stopped working and I sent it back under warranty( it's less than 6 months old!) They say it's irreparable and must be scrapped they refuse to replace it- it's corroded inside apparently. DO NOT RISK THIS NEAR WATER! NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE!!!!
