Summary: The camera came very quickly. It was in the condition that was described and had all of the extra bits to go with it. Camera works well with a good battery life and good selection of functions.
Conclusion: The PowerShoot A3200 IS is a great compact digital camera with decent image quality and features for a bargain price. I am always snapping great shoots with it and I take it everywhere with me, because of its compact size it fits right in my pocket alongside my phone which come in handy for getting those interesting & spontaneous shoots.
Excerpt: "This is another one of those cameras you buy because it says it has a ton of features, and a low price. Unfortunately I don't think it uses those features too well. I'd like to start with the zoom: It's got a 5x zoom, but anything past 3x zoom and it's all blurred and it takes very poor quality picture. Granted, I expect zoomed pictures to be a little worse but this takes them much much worse. On the plus side It does have good external memory options, ...
Summary: I picked up this camera on an impulse without doing any research at all. Luckily I am happy with my impulse buy. I got this camera from Argos for £79.00 from Argos. From what I can find this seems to be best deal for this camera . Argos are advertising this as half price and I like a bargain. You can find all the technical specifications of this camera by clicking on the technical details tab above so I wont list them all here.
Pros: looks stylish, takes great quality photos and video's and is easy to use
Summary: First of all I should say that I'm a very light photographer - and I mean light, mainly I use the camera for learning about the basics of photography, and for taking quick snaps here and there. I think therefore I'm able to give a review of the camera from a laymans perspective - how easy it is to use, what the pictures look like to a layman, value for money etc.
Canon Powershot A3200 IS: Good build quality, poor zoom quality

Pros: Build quality is good. Very Good battery life
Cons: Inaccurate battery life bar (can also be a good thing) and zoom is poor
Summary: Bought this for my 10 year old daughter as it is very easy to use and takes great images for the price. Still can't get over how unbelieveably small and light it is, and yet it has easy to access controls and feels surdy/well built. If I was being hyper-critical I would point out that the battery only lasts for about 100 photos and 10 mins of video therefore only buy a small memory SD card - you'll be plugging it in to recharge before you can fill anything bigger than a...
Summary: I bought a Canon SX130 IS prior to this one. I was very surprised at the ease of use and quality of images, however the batteries lasted all but 20 photos I think so I replaced it with this. So far, the battery life is as to be expected of a lithium rechargeable and I have taken quite a few photos and only had to recharge it once. It does not have as many presets as the SX130 but has enough for what the average person would use a point-and-shoot pocket camera for.
In the flesh we prefered this blue body - a nice point and shoot compact camera, taking decent photos in good light

Summary: My 16 year old daughter wanted this metal finished camera as she fancied the pink version, but when she saw them she opted for the more understated aqua colour [the colour goes over the back as well]. My daughter finds my old Panasonic FZ-28 18x zoom bridge camera too bulky when travelling light, so she got this Canon Powershot A3200 IS as a cheap smaller pocket/handbag point and shoot camera for decent photo stills and the odd short video.
