Summary: I use digital cameras for my work. Some days I will take in excess of 500photos a day. Cannon has excellent customer support and repair. I usually send my cameras in for repair on a bi monthy basis and have them back within 2weeks. If you buy a Nikon camera you will have to fight with them to get it repaired or replaced. It doesn't matter if you bought it yesterday. Cannon all the way.
Summary: This is a good "everyday" camera. Is very easy to use and easy to charge also. keep in mind that it does not come with a memory card or the USB plug that you may want or need to get the pictures on to your computer.
Summary: Great camera for a beginner- just point and shoot basically. Small- easily carried in pocket or elsewhere. Has Auto setting for great pictures or can use other settings. I found it to be just the thing for my uses. I have had it a few weeks and have taken many pictures and have been satified with all. Many nice features for the price- a real good value.
Summary: Bought this to replace my Kodak digital pocket camera that stopped working on short notice. So far I am pleased. Uses same SDHC card as the Kodak and all my old pictures are displayed on it as well. Good detail. Flash/lens automation seems to work very well on close objects. Easy to focus. A very good value.
Summary: I am a professional Photographer and I am strictly a Canon person and thought I would get my Fiance' a lil camera to put in her purse and have to snap some photos so I would not have to lug around all my crap and this was a great purchase as it takes great photos and it is very small and compact and was very affordable.
Summary: my first point and shoot. it works great. i'm having fun taking pictures of whatever. will be on vacation soon and this camera should come in handy. auto mode is easy: point and shoot. i'm learning and I like black and white mode. I don't have anything to compare this camera to, but I think its been worth the price.
