Excerpt: Well I’ve seen so many commercials and advertisements for Canon digital cameras, so I decided to hit up up my local electronics store and I saw this cute little pink digital camera, I love the color pink so this immediately caught my eye. I read the specifications and I saw that it was 10 mega pixels, so I decided to go for it. It was called the Canon Powershot SD1200. The name power shot also caught my eye. It was priced at at about $150.
Excerpt: I love this camera! I have had several different brand name cameras in the past (Fuji and Olympus), but they cannot compare to the quality of a Cannon PowerShot Camera. One of my favorite features of the Cannon PowerShot SD1200 IS is that it comes in so many colors! I got the hot pink one and I could not be happier with the vibrant color and sleek look.
Excerpt: I received the Canon Powershot SD1200 because I thought it was just a good enough camera for me . It was a little more pricey than most cameras , this camera was around $250. At first I didn’t think it was worth it , but the more I used it and became familiar with it , I realized this a lot better than I thought . Let’s start with the positive , this camera takes amazing pictures ,on a scale 1- 10 the picture quality is a nine for sure.
Summary: I love this camera...pictures are crystal clear and sharp...the size is so convenient, not bulky. with many features that make this camera so great. I dropped the camera down a mountain in a rain forest in St.Lucia and it still took great photos. Then, I dropped in the Zoo, and still took great pictures. I am shopping for another, exact camera as a back up...for the money, it is a fantastic camera. and I might add, easy to use... the video feature just amazes me..
Summary: My wife really wanted a shirt pocket sized camera as a backup to her Nikon, but she wanted a viewfinder. It's becoming harder and harder to find viewfinders on anything less than the DSLR's, but this Canon had one. It's not perfect, but for those times when it is really bright out, or you are having problems holding the camera steady, the viewfinder is very handy.

Summary: I was trying to decide on a camera forever. Cheap, but good quality. I didn't think it was possible. This camera is honestly the best camera ever; as a casual picture taker and someone who does not own a large scanner (so I have to photograph my artwork), I can say it does both of those jobs very well. I did not expect such high quality pictures with this camera.
Summary: Best camera I have ever owned. Takes amazing photos. Very strong and lasts long. Unfortunately mine fell in the beach water and spoiled, which was no fault of the cameras, otherwise it would have still been here for many more years!
