Summary: This latest member of the Ixus family was an obvious choice when it came to replacing my old one - this was my third Ixus over the years and everyone has been technically brilliant, solidly made and pleasant to use. Until this one. First, the touchscreen is the worst, most unresponsive one I have used on any device - if you're used to Samsung or Apple phones, then you'll be disappointed with this one.
Summary: I have spent about 3 hours trying to set up the camera to connect to anything. The information is very poor. The set up doesn't set it up. I cannot believe that Canon cannot make this simpler. I bought 2 of these cameras for 2 daughters. I am annoyed that I have paid for a feature that is unusable. I am good with technology. I guess this is also the problem of not buying from a shop where I could take it in for help. Do you have a helpdesk Amazon?
