Summary: For the price, I think this product is excellent. What I like most of all for this camera, is the zoom. It records also normal videos. For photos I have D1100 and I wanted something small for concerts. I satisfied. This camera is taking better quality photos and videos in concerts, than D1100.
Summary: I had been looking for a compact non DSLR camera for about a year now. I had been waiting on the ELPH350 but there were constant delays and the only difference between the 340 and 350 was 4 megapixels and $60.
Summary: I purchased this camera to replace my Canon Powershot SD780 IS Digital Elph (that I was very happy with), the zoom failed and do not want to repair it. The Elph 340 HS is easy to use, the settings are easy to change. The camera is larger.

Summary: This was a gift for my daughter that she picked out. Rated very high with Consumer Review and a real value with all the extra accessories included. Has stills and video and very easy transfer to a multiple of ways to post or print photos.
Summary: It's ok... picture quality can be good, in ideal situations with zero movement... but I'm photographing my 4 children. I get a lot of blurry pictures. If I could, I'd go back and pay more for a better quality camera. I did love all the bonus things it came with though!
Summary: I recently bought this camera at $149.00 plus the extra's,another $29.00 I love the camera but don't waste your time on buying the extra's first of all the 2 extra batteries, aren't Canon but some focus brand, second the USB cord another Focus brand, doesn't work with computer another waste of...
Summary: I bought this little (and I mean little) camera to keep in my purse when traveling. I have a large SLR which is too bulky to take to dinner or just keep handy. The zoom on this is excellent but it has no "modes" such as night/beach/vivid, etc. Just basic auto functioning.
