Summary: takes really nice pictures, lovely looking and very compact. The only problem I have with it is that it takes a few seconds from pressing the button to actually taking the photograph -annoying, especially when you are trying to photograph your kids!
Summary: First time I have bought a camera without advice from my son. He has given it the thumbs up, ''Good choice Mother!'' Not sorted all the options yet but as an easy to use, point and press, which I wanted, it seems great, excellent pics.
Summary: I use a Canon EOS M for my professional work (I'm a photographer who shoots model portfolios for a living), however this is still one of my favorite cameras to use. The touchscreen is fantastic, an excellent wide-angle lens, and image quality has only a little more noise than my EOS M with its APS-C Sensor. Images are bright in low light situations, without need of a flash.
Summary: I would recommend this camera to any enthusiastic amateur. It is lightweight and easy to carry and operate. There's good magnification and you are able to use it successfully in bright sunlight or for night time shots. Altogether an excellent camera for the price…..very good value for money.
Summary: I bought this for my non tech savvy parents for their tour around Europe last year and they raved about it. It was easy for them to use, ran for days on a single charge and took some spectacular shots even at night.
Summary: Having had the previous Cannon model which was brilliant and easy to use, I had decided to upgrade and bought this touch screen model. Not touch screen friendly, menu confusing, photos are a rubbish quality and it takes ages to find the right setting. I would not go for a touch screen camera again and have reverted back to my old camera.
