Summary: This little camera is a work horse. My wife uses this camera for everything and its been working well for a long time. We plan on upgrading to a larger phone in the future, but for the quick and dirty photos this works great.
Summary: As a rookie digital camera user, I have really enjoyed using this camera. It is easy to use and I like the fact that it has video also. It takes great pictures. My only complaint is that it is a little small for large hands (husband).
Canon PowerShot SD780IS 12.1 MP Digital Camera-Love it

Summary: My wife wanted a good small camera with a view finder. This fit the bill and she is very happy with the photo quality and ease of handling. There is a slight learning curve moving around all the menus, but it is mostly intuitive.
Summary: All I can say is I love my new little Canon SD780IS. It is smaller than my cell phone but takes the best pictures. I have an old Canon Elph that uses Advantix Film and I loved that one, but this is the one that I have been waiting for.
Summary: We bought this camera for our son for his graduation; I was so impressed with it that I bought one for myself! The instruction book is loaded with clear directions on all the many, many features of this little powerhouse. It takes beautiful, clear pictures and great video!
Summary: I bought my first Canon digital camera almost 7 years ago and was happy with it so I decided that when it was time to upgrade I'd give Canon another try. This little camera is wonderful! It's lite, easy to use and the factory settings are great.
Summary: Im not a pro when it comes to camera use, but I am a mother of 3 and each time a child came, the camera I used to own seemed to go ancient. I have rested 2 camera brands that were famous at the time we purchased them.
Summary: I need reading glasses to see a LCD screen, and one requirement for a new camera was an optical view finder. Not many new cameras with an optical view finder are available. I also have difficulty with a LCD screen in bright sunlight, and an optical view finder relieves that problem as well.
